Layerbyte provides hosting solutions including but not limited to VPS, dedicated servers, and related infrastructure. All services are subject to availability and the resource limits defined at the time of purchase.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or malicious activity. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hosting malware, phishing pages, or pirated content
• Launching or participating in DDoS attacks
• Spamming or unsolicited mass mailing
• Violating intellectual property laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service involved in such activity without notice.

3. Payments & Billing

Invoices must be paid in full by the due date. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension or termination of services. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

4. Payment Terms

Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5. Uptime & Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Layerbyte is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages of any kind resulting from the use or misuse of our services. All use is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms or applicable law. You may also cancel services at any time via your client area.

8. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content or activity on your servers. Layerbyte does not monitor, control, or assume responsibility for files, data, or actions hosted through your service.

9. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe copyrighted material is being hosted improperly, contact us at [email protected] with a valid takedown request. We comply with the DMCA and other applicable regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version.
